These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Senior Aid application and related services (the "Service") provided by Avensoft Inc. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or other information, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed $0.01 USD.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.
If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If these Terms have been translated, the original English version shall prevail in case of a dispute.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
